3. Provide a registered agent 
   
4. Place you with an approved bonding company 
   
5. Complete the paperwork for the licensing process and properly file the application 
   
6. Follow up with the regulatory agencies and the secretary of state until the license is granted 
   
   

Should you choose to expand your existing license portfolio, or you are starting a new Collection Agency, your company will become a part of our Comprehensive National Licensing System. Once issued, we will maintain your licenses for yearly or bi-annual renewal with the appropriate state authorities.
