If your company is providing debt collection services in the State of Arizona (AZ), you may be required to have a Collection Agency License issued by the Department of Financial Institutions.

Attorneys, banks, employees of licensed collection agencies and many others are exempt from the licensing requirements when engaged in the regular course of their respective businesses.
